What do I need for my Treatment?
Please have two large towels and a hand towel ready for when your therapist arrives.
What are your business hours?
9AM - 10PM
Do your therapists come with a massage couch?
Yes, all of our therapists bring a massage couch, roughly 6ft x 2ft. Please ensure you have enough space before booking.
What areas do you cover?
East, EC, Central, north, north west London, Enfield, IG and Essex.
Please note that there will be an additional charge if it is outside of these areas.
What if I need to cancel/reschedule my appointment?
If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice if booked a few days prior or 3 hours for same day bookings in order for us to rebook you or give you your full refund. If you are unable to cancel within 24 or 3 hours of your booking, unfortunately, we will not be able to issue you with a refund.
What if I need to cancel/reschedule my celebration, corporate or event booking?
If you need to cancel or reschedule any of these bookings, please give us at least 48 hours notice in order for us to rebook your appointment or offer you a full refund.
How many times can I reschedule my appointment?
We can only reschedule your appointment once (subject to availability).
What if I am running late for my appointment?
If you are running late for your appointment, please call us as soon as possible so we can notify your therapist. If you are more than 10 minutes late, unfortunately we will not be able to carry out your treatment or issue you with a refund.
What if I need to amend my appointment?
If you have made a mistake or need to amend a booking, please call us as soon as possible so we can amend it for you.
What if I want to extend my treatment?
If you would like to extend your treatment, please call us to let us know at least 2 hours prior to your booking.
What if I am allergic to some oils or products?.
If you have any allergies, please let us know in our E covid and consultation form before making your booking.
Can I have a massage in my first trimester?
Unfortunately, we can only offer treatments in your second trimester. This is because massage may trigger dizziness and add to morning sickness.
