TERMS OF SERVICE.
Yourtopia act as a booking agency for self-employed Beauty, massage therapists and Nail technicians and our contract with you is limited to the provision of use of our website.
Your Beauty or massage therapist is responsible for providing the Services to you, and you have a direct contract between you and your Beauty or massage therapist concerning the provision of Services. This contract does not include us. You and your Beauty or massage therapist are responsible for any taxes arising as a result of the Services.
We review applications, conduct interviews and undertake other checks of Beauty or massage therapist with some of this process reliant on information from or undertaken by third parties. You acknowledge that we do not and cannot guarantee the accurateness or completeness of such checks, whether conducted by us.
You acknowledge that you use our Beauty or massage therapists at your own risk. When interacting with such Professionals you should exercise caution and common sense to protect your personal safety and property, just as you would when interacting with other persons who are unknown to you.
BOOKING OUR SERVICES
By making a booking through our website or over the phone, you warrant that you agree to provide complete, correct and true information including billing and payment information.
After placing a booking via our website, you will receive an email confirmation.
You agree that you will not seek to book any Services from any said Beauty or massage therapist other than via our website or phone for the duration of this agreement and in the 3 months after the termination of this agreement.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices vary according to type and duration of Service as described on our website or social media platforms.
Full payment is due upon acceptance of the booked Service.
Accepted payment methods are as described on our website.
By making a booking you agree to provide complete, correct and true information including billing and payment information.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Additional charges such as congestion and out of area charges will be added to the total of your home/hotel booking if applicable. Please Note: Travel time over 40 minutes will also incur a travel fee.
A standing fee charge of £10 per therapist, will be added to the total cost of your Pamper Party/Corporate Event booking. This fee covers your therapists set up, client change over and packing away time.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
Promotional codes entitle you to a discount as set out by the promotional terms and conditions of At Home services.
Promotional credit is capped at one code per booking.
Customers deemed to be abusing the terms of these promotional credits will have credits removed from their account and/or their account closed.
BOOKING CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
You may cancel a confirmed booking through your confirmation email or by contacting us at info@yourtopia-relaxation.com or by calling 07875627253.
We require 24-hour cancellation notice if booked a few days prior or 3 hours for same day bookings in order for us to rebook you or give you your full refund. If you cancel within 24 or 3 hours of your booking, unfortunately, we will not be able to issue you with a refund.
For celebration, Corporate or Event bookings, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice in order for us to rebook your appointment or offer you a full refund.
LATENESS FOR HOME BOOKINGS
If you are running late for your appointment, please call us 07875627253 as soon as possible, so we can notify your therapist. If you are more than 10 minutes late, unfortunately we will not be able to carry out your treatment or issue you with a refund.
LATENESS FOR CORPORATE/EVENT & PAMPER PARTY BOOKINGS
If your team or guests are running late, please note that this will cut into their treatment time.
NO SHOWS
No shows or no notice cancellations will be charged 100% of the cost of the Services. You will be considered a “no-show” if you fail to be at your designated property after 10 minutes of your booked appointment time. If you violate any of the Terms, your permission to use the Services and Website will automatically terminate.
We reserve the right to cancel any Booking without notice or cause.
RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
If you request to reschedule a confirmed appointment with more than 48 hours notice you will not incur any charge. If you request to reschedule a confirmed booking within 24 hours for bookings a few days prior, within 3 hours for same day bookings or within 48 hours for celebration or corporate bookings, your appointment will be treated as a cancellation.
